WHO? Any resident of the U.S.
- Mentor - any person with hunting experience who accompanies someone with less experience to help them experience a hunting opportunity.
- Mentee - a new hunter of any age or a youth hunter 15 or under.

By submitting the Official Entry Form, Mentor and Mentee are granting permission for Quail Forever & Pheasants Forever in Missouri and Missouri Department of Conservation use of the submitted photograph for publications, news releases, online use, and any other communications related to the mission of Quail Forever & Pheasants Forever in Missouri and/or Missouri Department of Conservation.
